Servicing, repair and replacement of door entry systems that are within the senior living schemes of the Bournemouth neighbourhood within BCP Homes. The contract will commence on the 01 June 2023 for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years. Therefore if the full extension is taken, then the full contract duration will be 4 years.

Renewal: The Authority has 2 options to extend the contract and each option shall be an additional 2 months. The maximum period of this contract shall therefore be 48 months and this period includes all options to extend.
