To establish a Framework Agreement with a single provider to provide a Carers Engagement and Promotion service to promote the interests of carers. The Provider will work within the community setting, in partnership with local health care teams, voluntary and third sector organisations and the Local Authorities as part of a co-ordinated approach to care across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
