The required services fell under Social and Other Specific Services under Part 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, therefore, the Light Touch Regime (LTR) applied. A one stage open competitive procedure took place under LTR in order to secure a single provider that could deliver SALT services on behalf of WCC and RBKC. A Contract Opportunity Notice was published on Find a Tender (FTS), Contracts Finder and on capitalEsourcing. The tender opportunity went live on 02/03/2023.
Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the term by a period of up to 2 additional years.
