Notice Description

AWE seeks to source a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement (also referred to as a "Master Agreement") for commercially off the shelf (COTS) spares, tools and consumable items supporting site facilities management (FM). The Framework will be awarded for a 4 year period with two optional 1 year extensions (4+1+1) and anticipated total spend of PS35m. The Framework is to be awarded against the following lots: * Lot 1 - Adhesives, tapes and fasteners * Lot 2 - Hand tools * Lot 3 - Fluid power * Lot 4 - Bearings and transmissions * Lot 5 - Electrical and electronic consumables * Lot 6 - Site repairs and maintenance consumables * Lot 7 - Power tools * Lot 8 - HVAC consumables * Lot 9 - Security consumables

Lot 1 - Tapes, fasteners and adhesives

Lot 1 - Tapes, fasteners and adhesives Includes, but is not limited to the below descriptors: Adhesives, fasteners, tapes and accessories, sealants, bolts, nuts, screws & washers etc, clamps and knobs, activators & primers, epoxies, fillers & putties, sealants, plasterboard & wall fixings, tapes inc. cloth, double sided, duct, electrical, film, masking and waterproof abrasive material (sheet paper, discs etc), O-rings.

Lot 2 - Hand tools

Lot 2 - Hand tools Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Bolt cutters, chisels, hammers, knives and blades, files and accessories, levels and line marking, nut drivers, picks, tweezers and precision, pipe tools, planes, pliers, riveters and setting tools, saws, hacksaw frames, screwdrivers, snips scissors and shears, spades and shovels, spanners, staplers and nailers, tape measures, tool kits and sets, torque wrenches and accessories

Lot 3 - Fluid power Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Adaptors, valves (ball, gate, globe, plug, butterfly etc), blow gun and accessories, compressors, connectors and couplings, hydraulic & pneumatic couplings, filters, regulators and lubricators, fittings, hoses, tubing, ducting, pumps, push in fittings, pneumatics, hydraulics, glands, gaskets, seals, hoses and pipes, bursting discs

Lot 4 - Bearings and transmissions

Lot 4 - Bearings and transmissions Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Bearings & bearing housings, belts & pulleys, bushings, taper locks, chains, couplings, flange units, puller arms, pullers, separators, sprockets, gears, gear shafts, clutches, worm gearboxes & electric motors.

Lot 5 - Electric, electronic and electromechanical

Lot 5 - Electric, electronic and electromechanical Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Accessories (ballasts, resistors, capacitors, terminal blocks/connectors) batteries and chargers, extension sockets and plugs, control units, limit switches, pilot light, push buttons, generators and kinetic power transmission, components and supplies, motor components and accessories (variable speed drives, bushes, protection devices), sensors (temperature, pressure, level, speed etc) actuators, (rotary & linear), appliances with standard 3 pin plug e.g., white goods

Lot 6 - Site repair and maintenance consumables

Lot 6 - Site repair and maintenance consumables Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Ladders and steps, paints and accessories, magnets, lighting, lubricants, oils and greases, maintenance fluids/ lubricants, electric cable & cable accessories, PVC & metal conduit fittings, pipework & fittings (copper & black iron etc) wheelbarrows, sack trucks, non-motorised MHE, workshop furniture (benches/lockers), fire extinguishers, brackets for extinguishers, alarm call points, detector heads, dry powder, foam systems, water mist.

Lot 7 - Power tools

Lot 7 - Power tools Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Accessories, drills (inc combi, driver, hammer, impact), saws, screwdrivers, multi tools, air tools, batteries & chargers, burnishers, grinders, heat guns, impact drivers, impact wrenches, inspection cameras, jigsaws, polishers, riveters, sanders, saws, screwdrivers, shears, electrical mechanical test equipment (calibration equipment).

Lot 8 - HVAC consumables

Lot 8 - HVAC consumables Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Equipment for heating or cooling (fan assemblies, cooling coils, heater elements etc), HVAC consumables and accessories, HEPA filters, primary and other filters including safe change bags, filter housing & systems, modular & mobile filtration units, isolation dampers, fluid filters

Lot 9 - Security consumables Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Security surveillance & detection, security chains, locks, padlocks, security hardware, keys, key cabinets, key fobs.
