The Council is seeking to appoint a service provider to provide targeted prevention and early help to support young people aged 10-18 who are more vulnerable, addressing issues as soon as possible and preventing needs from escalating. Additional information: The estimated value given is Section II.2.6 and the contract duration given in Section II.2.7 assume the contract will run for the full potential term of 60 months. The annual value is PS300,000 per annum. The initial contract length is 36 months. The Contract may be extended by a period or periods totalling a maximum of 24 months at the Council's discretion.
