Notice Description

Anchor is Englands biggest provider of housing to older people. With 1,700 locations and approximately 60,000 customers, our Property team deliver Responsive Repairs and Planned Works across all our locations in England. Anchor are looking to develop a Partnership with an Organisation in the North East of England to deliver our Planned Works and Responsive Repairs in the Region. We are looking at new, alternative and innovative delivery models for our 176 locations in the area. Our presence in the North East covers approximately 5,800 dwellings/beds across 176 locations. Details of the geographical locations are provided in the attached file. The scope of works covers approximately 15,000-20,000 repairs per annum across our North East Locations equating to around ?2.6m. Our Planned Works programme in the North East has historically been in the region of ?3-4m per annum.

Anchor is looking to appoint a Partner to deliver its planned works, responsive repairs, void works, aids and adaptations, fire remediation, and elements of retrofit across its portfolio of properties in the North East of England.
