Procurement Information
This requirement was procured using the Kent County Council t/a KCS Software Products & Associated Services 2 - Y20011 Framework Agreement via a 'Direct Award'. The KCS Framework Agreement Contract Notice to establish the Framework Agreement was published in OJEU ref: 2019/S 209-509650, and Contract Award Notice ref: 2020/S 114-277951.<br/><br/>Therefore, under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, VisitBritain was not required to submit a call for competition by publishing an FTS Contract Notice.
