Children's Home and Outreach Service
Notice Description
Cardiff Council, the Vale of Glamorgan Council, and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are seeking the views of providers on their ambition to deliver a Registered Children's Home and Outreach Team. The service will support children: -Who are experiencing past and current high levels of emotional distress. -Have harmed themselves. -Are at risk of or have attempted to end their lives. Some children will enter the service at the point of discharge from hospital. The service will: -Provide a Registered Children's Home. -Support children through the outreach function to maintain or return to their previous family home, kinship placement, foster placement, children's home, or transfer to a new placement. Date: 10:00 - 12:00 16 March 2023. Venue: Committee Room 3, County Hall, Cardiff, CF10 4UW
