Flexible Framework for Provision of Non Traditional Respite entry point 2, North Lanarkshire
Notice Description
North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") have established a Flexible Framework with external providers ("Contractors") for the provision of non traditional respite. . The approach to this procurement is in accordance with Regulation 74 (Social and Other Specific Services). The maximum Framework duration was set at ten (10) years. . A flexible approach to the operation of this Framework continues to apply. The Council will have annual published entry points for additional Contractors to apply to join the Framework on the same terms as original Framework. This notice relates to entry point 2. . It is anticipated that full retendering will only be necessary when there is a significant change to the requirements.

Lot 1
This procurement is for entry point 2, applicable to new applicants interested in the Council's flexible framework for provision of non traditional respite. . A detailed specification is contained within the main invitation to tender ("ITT") document which is accessible (and downloadable) from the Buyer Attachment area within the PCS-Tender system. . Applicants wishing to join the Framework must be registered with Care Inspectorate at point of tender submission. . Service delivery must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice, the tender pack comprising the ITT and associated documents which are located in PCS-Tender. . Annual budget allocation is 300,000GBP. Estimated value of the Framework, assuming used for a maximum of 10 years is 4,000,000GBP (allows for increase of budget over the duration). Additional information: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE EXCLUSION GROUNDS: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
