Lot 1- The provision of Water and Wastewater supply contracts This Lot contains the following goods and services to be provided by a supplier - Customer invoicing - Meters and Meter Reading - Invoice Query Management - Account Management - Water Quality Liaison with Wholesaler - Data Management - Guaranteed Standards of Service - Emergency Planning for Vulnerable Sites - Group Contracting - Additional Sites within Group Contract at the Agreed Commercial Terms

Renewal: Telex UK have the right to renew/extend the original contract duration at their discretion
