NHS Health Checks DPS/Open Framework
Notice Description
The NHS Health Checks programme was introduced by the Government in 2009. It provides a systematic screen of all eligible service users once every five years to measure various clinical biomarkers and assess risk of certain health conditions, in particular cardiovascular disease. This is a preventative programme to help people live well for longer. All respondents will receive lifestyle advice with additional support provided for anyone with increased risk factors.

Lot 1 :Fixed Site Delivery* Provide a safe, clean, and accessible space where service users can book and attend their NHS health Check appointment * Identify and invite eligible residents to book and attend an NHS health Check appointment, this can be done via text, email or letter or any other way appropriate.
