PERIODIC INDICATIVE NOTICE Translink Train Cleaning Services (P-2718)

Notice Description

Translink intends to offer to the market a tender to provide train cleaning labour. This opportunity will be offered as a three-year contract with options to extend for any period up to and including 24-months. Under this procurement the Economic Operator will be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate, in particular, to social considerations. TUPE obligations may apply to this contract. Prior to the release of any tender opportunity we intend to offer TWO (2) opportunities for interested suppliers to visit the Fortwilliam (Belfast) Train Cleaning Facility on either Thursday 6th April 23 or Wednesday 26th April 23 between 2100-2300 to give visibility on a stabled CAF set and a stabled Enterprise set. Site visit attendance MUST be confirmed in advance.
