Experience has shown that if an employer can find readily available support and active therapy for musculoskeletal injuries (one of the most common reasons for absence from work), then employees recover more quickly and can either back at work between therapeutic sessions or return to work much sooner than normal. Providing this service has proved to be an effective way to actively manage employees' return to health and minimise the loss of working days.",
