UKRI wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Automatic Doors Maintenance, Reactive Works, and Remedial Works. This is for the Daresbury Laboratory near Liverpool.

The aim of this Procurement is to contract with a service provider to complete all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and remedial works pertaining to Automatic Doors across the Estate at STFC Daresbury Laboratory.
Renewal: This contract is for 2 years, with optional extension of 1 year, and a further extension of 1 year, up to a maximum contract length of 4 years (2 + 1 + 1).
