Procurement Information
A Contract Notice dated 29/06/2018 was published for the procurement of the Supply of Disposable Procedure Packs Ref: SF049937. Having completed the procurement exercise ,a Framework Agreement was put in place for 2 years with an option to extend for upto a maximum of further 2 years. The option to extend was exercised by a letter dated 14.04.2022 and the Framework is due to expire on 14.04.2023. The Contracting Authority have been in discussions and collating information to conclude existing mini-competitions under this Framework but is unable to award this procurement before 14.04.2023. To ensure that the mini-competitions can be completed compliantly, the existing Framework is extended by a short duration until 31 August 2023, in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(e) and Regulation 72(c) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Contracting Authority considers that the short term extension does not change the economic balance, the scope of the Framework Agreement and there is no replacement contractor."
