Provision of a digital / IT system to support the delivery of the NHS Health Check programme across the geography of Kent County Council. The four primary outcomes of the service are 1. The NHS Health Check programme continues running successfully in Kent via a successful mobilisation process and continuous provision of a high-quality system. 2. Service users have an effective, innovative, and easy to use digital system/solution that enables them to provide high quality NHS Health Checks. 3. The NHS Health Check programme operates in a compliant and legal manner, meeting all regulations in its conduct. 4. KCC is able to obtain value for money in receiving a service that maximises every pound spent to achieve an innovative and effective system/solution.
