Provision of Home Care Services
Notice Description
The London Borough of Merton ("the Authority") is inviting tenders to deliver Home Care Services for Adults aged 18 years or over and Personal Care for Children aged 14 or over with an education, health and care (EHC) plan transitioning from Children's Social Care to Adult Social Care. The purpose of the service is to provide care primarily in Service User's own homes to enable them to improve their overall wellbeing, remain in their own homes, living as independently and as safely as possible

Lot 1
The London Borough of Merton invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the contract of Home Care Services for adults aged eighteen (18) years or over and Children aged fourteen (14) or over. Home care services will be delivered within the London Borough of Merton. Lot 1 (2 Prime Providers):- Consists of two (2) Prime providers appointed to deliver services in Zone 1.
Lot 2The London Borough of Merton invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the contract of Home Care Services for adults aged eighteen (18) years or over and Children aged fourteen (14) or over. Home care services will be delivered within the London Borough of Merton. Lot 2 (2 Prime Providers):- Consists of two (2) Prime providers appointed to deliver services in Zone 2.
Lot 3The London Borough of Merton invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the contract of Home Care Services for adults aged eighteen (18) years or over and Children aged fourteen (14) or over. Home care services will be delivered within the London Borough of Merton. Lot 3 (6 Supplementary Providers):- Consists of a maximum of six (6) potential providers who may be called upon to provide additional capacity in case Prime Providers appointed to Zone 1 and Zone 2 are not in position to take up a care package referred to them.
Lot 4The London Borough of Merton invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the contract of Home Care Services for adults aged eighteen (18) years or over and Children aged fourteen (14) or over. Home care services will be delivered within the London Borough of Merton. Lot 4 (Mental Health Specialist Providers):- Consists of Mental Health Specialist Providers for working age adults and older people (deployed across all zones).
Lot 5aLot 5(a) (Specialist Providers):- Consists of providers offering adults specialist services for example, deaf and/or blind customers with learning disabilities needing care; and complex learning disability cases for older people with challenging behaviours.
Lot 5bLot 5(b):- Consists of providers delivering Personal Care Services for children and young people.
