2305 Civil Parking Enforcement 2024
Notice Description
LCC is undertaking a procurement exercise for the provision of a full Civil Parking Enforcement Contract, to replace the current contract which is due to reach full term in November 2024. It is anticipated that the contract term will be five years starting from November 2024 with the opportunity to extend the contract for an additional three years. to a maximum term of eight years. As part of the commissioning cycle LCC is keen to test the direction of travel with the market prior to commencing the formal procurement process. To do this we are proposing to hold a Meet the Buyer Day and would request that all interested parties register interest. Please see additional information for details of our "Meet the Buyer" event.

Lot 1
Assist LCC in the provision of the full Civil Parking Enforcement Service so that the authority can meet its obligations and statutory duties. The provision of service is anticipated to initially include but not limited to: * Provision of service to include on street and off street enforcement services. * Penalty Charge Notice processing and administration of the service. * Debt collection.
Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract term will be five years starting from November 2024 with the opportunity to extend the contract for an additional three years. to a maximum term of eight years.
