The Department of Health and Social Care intends to run a procurement exercise to source H5 Influenza Vaccine to stockpile in the UK for Avian Flu preparedness. This engagement requires potential suppliers to complete the attached questionnaire which can be found on Health Family Portal at:

Your completed questionnaire must be submitted no later than 9am, on Thursday 11th May 2023.
Following receipt of questionnaires the contracting authority may hold further sessions with suppliers to discuss the procurement. If this is required the Contract Authority will arrange Microsoft Teams engagement sessions to gather any additional information not included in the questionnaire.
Full details regarding these potential sessions will be shared following receipt of questionnaires as set out above. Should they be required the sessions will be held on a one to one basis between 10am on the 11th of May and 1pm on the 12th of May 2023. Additional information: See 'VI.3.0.1 Additional information'.
