Tender for the Supply of Building Materials into Multiple Locations
Notice Description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) undertook this procurement exercise in order to establish a supplier who can supply and deliver Building Materials to multiple locations within the Borough of Sandwell to carry out repairs to tenanted properties within the Borough of Sandwell. Deliveries will be made to the Supplies Section at Roway Lane, Oldbury, West Midlands and directly to the tenant's address within Sandwell. There are 29,000 properties in the six towns (West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Tipton, Rowley Regis and Wednesbury) in Sandwell. The Council cannot determine what percentage of goods will be delivered to the Supplies section and what percentage of goods will go directly to the tenant's properties.
