Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Development Partner to work in collaboration with the council to design, gain relevant consents for and deliver the Eastgate Quarter regeneration programme in Stafford. The opportunity is expected to include the conversion of existing buildings and construction of new buildings to realise a successful development. N.B There may be an opportunity to introduce another site (of circa 0.62 acres) to the Developer Partner either under the proposed Development Agreement for the two Zones identified or by way of separate transaction.

Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Development Partner to work in collaboration with the council to design, gain relevant consents for and deliver the Eastgate Quarter regeneration programme in Stafford. The opportunity is expected to include the conversion of existing buildings and construction of new buildings to realise a successful development. N.B There may be an opportunity to introduce another site (of circa 0.62 acres) to the Developer Partner either under the proposed Development Agreement for the two Zones identified or by way of separate transaction. Additional information: We tend to include the below: * The Council reserves the right to terminate the process at any time prior to award of contract * The Council does not bind itself to accept any tender received and reserves the right to call for new tenders should they consider this necessary * The Council shall not be liable for any cost or expenses incurred by any tenderer in connection with the completion and return of information requested in this contract notice or the completion of submission of any tender.

Options: Additional works or services may be purchased as a result of this procurement in order to enable the development of the defined site within the scope of the Development Brief. There may be an opportunity to introduce another site (of circa 0.62 acres) to the Developer Partner either under the proposed Development Agreement for the two Zones identified or by way of separate transaction.
