Options: Initial duration is 7 years and there is an option to extend - first extension for 4 years and second for 3 years ( 7+4+3). are included
Renewal: The initial duration is 7 years and there is an option for two extensions - first one of 4 years and second of 3 years (7+4+3). The details are included in the ITT documents.
Lot2_ Street CleansingLot 2 Street Cleansing service is a public realm and highway infrastructure cleansing service undertaking the following, but not limited to, activities: * Reactive, planned cyclical road sweeping including highway infrastructure and public realm areas such as car parks, cycleways, pedestrianised areas. * Highway litter bin emptying. * Fly Tipping removal. * Graffiti removal * Public convenience management * Customer related enquiries * Collaboration with all other service lot providers. * Support for special events Additional information: How to Express an Interest in This Tender - ITT ref 1872 Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal https://public.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure). Lot 3_ Highway, Transport and Bridge Professional ServicesLot 3 Highway, Transport and Bridge Professional Service Lot 3 Highway, Transport and Bridge Professional Services will provide technical support for a range of Client functions and services including but not limited to, the following: * Bridge and structures inspections * Technical support for structural emergency. * Drainage investigation * Annual capital programme including; - Design and project management and contract governance. - Drainage Schemes - Highway Schemes - Traffic and road safety schemes - Major projects - Related customer enquiries * Highway asset management policy support * Capital programme development. * Asset data capture, including SCRIM and Scanner, condition surveys and data review. * Collaboration with all other service lot providers. Additional information: Suppliers are not permitted to bid for Lot 1 and Lot 3 as RBWM wishes to maintain these Lots as separate services (Contracts).
