DCC is delivering various projects in Bishop Auckland, including Locomotion visitor offer enhancements improvements and 18km walking and cycling along Stockton to Darlington Railway route. The LUF expenditure must be spent by March 2024. Bright White have produced an interpretation strategy which includes costings, concept design and provisional programme. The programme outlines 52 weeks for construction of the interpretation boards taking us to March 2024. Due to funders requirements, it is critical for the project to be complete by 31st March 2024 and therefore a direct award to Bright White is critical.
