The provision of supply of all building and construction materials for the effective repairs of homes for One Manchester as set out in the procurement documents. Additional information: Tupe may apply to this contract. The supplier will be required to deliver social value initiatives as part of the contract conditions.
Options: The contract will be awarded on an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years. The contract will also contain no fault termination clauses.
