Options: The Housing Executive have the option to extend the contract for up to and including a 24 month periods or part thereof,
Renewal: The Housing Executive may, no later than two Months prior to the Initial Contract Period Expiry Date, give notice in writing to the Contractor to invite the Contractor to agree to extend the Contract for any period(s) up to and including 24 months (potential 5 year contract in total).
