Notice Description
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking an experienced Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). The Councils reputation depends on providing reliable services to the people and business it serves within the district. It is paramount that the data collected via the supporting IT services is kept secure, whether stored on premise or in the cloud. It is also important that the Council meets the security standards required by third party service providers, including: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the Public Services Network Code of Connection, and the NHS Health & Social Care Network Code of Connect and the Data Security and Protection Toolkit. Therefore, to help further increase its current security posture, the Council is looking to enlist the services of an experienced Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specialist.

The Councils reputation depends on providing reliable services to the people and business it serves within the district. Therefore, to help further increase its current security posture, the Council is looking to enlist the services of an experienced Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specialist. You're invited to respond to our Expressions of Interest and attend our Bidders Event in Bradford on Wednesday 5th July 2023 to hear more about the requirements. There will also be the opportunity for Q&A and to feed into the process. Please note the closing date of 26th June 2023 1pm. Following the Expressions of Interest, the proposed route to market is the Crown Commercial Service Cyber Security Services 3 marketplace - RM3764.3 - https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM3764.3 However, we would also welcome interest from suppliers who currently aren't registered on the marketplace.
