The Housing Executive requires the services of a Contractor to provide an intensive tenancy support service in the South Down Area , to vulnerable Housing Executive households with a variety and multiplicity of needs. Please note this requirement is defined as a 'Schedule 3 - Social and Other Specific Services' as per The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Additional information: The Contract Period is for a 36 month period. The Housing Executive can propose an extension to the contract for any period(s) up to and including 24 months (potentially a 60 month contract period).
