Abellio East Anglia are looking to procure a managing agent for commercial property services across three contracting entities ; Greater Anglia, East Midlands Railway and West Midlands Trains. This will be run via a single Procurement event, with the objective to award three (3) separate contracts/one for each entity; to one supplier for all 3 contracts. Provision of management information. Seeking and developing opportunities for new commercial property tenants. Commercial property dilapidations Advertising: Management of relationship with advertising providers in station and on train. Management of existing advertising contracts with third parties, including renewals, reviews, and other contractual amendments. Collection and management of advertising contractual revenues.
