Glasgow City Council, East Dunbartonshire Council, East Renfrewshire Council, Inverclyde Council, North Lanarkshire Council, Renfrewshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council West Dunbartonshire Council The results of this PIN will allow all eight authorities to determine if a collaborative and individual approaches will determine best value for money.
