Call-off Contracts for 'Out of County' placements to care homes operated by Providers who are a party to the Framework Agreement may also be made under the terms of the Framework Agreement. Please note that if an Out of County placement is made to a Provider that isn't a party to the Framework Agreement that Provider must bid to join this Framework Agreement at the earliest opportunity. It is not the Authority's intention to encourage the building and development of additional care home accommodation through this project.
