    "description": "Transport for London was created in 2000 as the integrated body responsible for London's transport system. From time to time it is necessary for TfL to make planned closures of stations for necessary engineering works and/or improvements. When such closures take place TfL require temporary workers to assist customers carrying out their journeys. TfL are now tendering for this requirement. To be able to participate in the tender, suppliers must be registered on TfL's SAP Ariba. Please complete the following steps: 1. Register interest for the tender by contacting the Procurement Lead alexandraebertbrading@tfl.gov.uk 2. Then register by completing the Supplier self-registration request form here: https://s1-eu.ariba.com/Sourcing/Main/aw?awh=r&awssk=RtCTWllZKgIJn3_i&realm=TfL&dard=1 3. Upon competition of the registration, interested suppliers must inform the Procurement Lead (of their successful registration) to alexandraebertbrading@tfl.gov.uk to ensure that your Organisation is added to the Sourcing Event on TfL's SAP Ariba. Please note, even if your Organisation is already registered on TfL 's SAP Ariba system you must inform the Procurement Lead alexandraebertbrading@tfl.gov.uk so that your Organisation can be added to the Sourcing Event. For help on using TfL's SAP Ariba System, please refer to please e mail ariba_supplier_enablement@tfl.gov.uk 1) Nothing in this contract notice (and associated procurement documents) will be taken as constituting an offer (whether implied or otherwise), or any agreement, whether express or implied between TfL and any other party. 2) Entering into this agreement does not guarantee any level of Services will be called-off by TfL and/or any other contracting authority. 3) Economic Operators must read the instructions carefully before proceeding with registration and are advised to satisfy themselves that they understand all the requirements of this procurement 4) Transport for London (TfL) is a complex organisation operating both as an executive agency of the Greater London Authority (GLA) under the direction of the Mayor of London and as provider of transport services. The scope of the proposed services may encompass activities within the scope of both Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive 2014/25//EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (Services to be provided in relation to activities will not be subject to a separate notice, the services may be provided to TfL and/or its subsidiaries and may also encompass London Regional Transport (LRT) and/ or the GLA and any of the functional bodies). 5) Further information on TfL may be found at www.tfl.gov.uk and https://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/procurement-information 6) Contract(s) may be awarded to the successful contractor by any part of TfL and/or any of its subsidiaries. 7) The awarding authority reserves the right withdraw from the procurement process and/or not to award any contract as a result of the competition called tot by this notice and the awarding authority shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any candidates in considering and/or responding to the procurement process. e) All discussions and meetings will be conducted in English.",
