The supplier will be required to provide access to the waste disposal facilities to meet the needs of the service from 01 October 2023 for a period of 3 years with the option of an additional two years, reviewed on an annual basis thereafter. As part of the proposal, the supplier will indicate that they are able to meet the conditions of either of the following two lots; * Lot 1 - Commercial trade waste disposal facility - North Liverpool * Lot 2 - Commercial trade waste disposal facility - South Liverpool",
