The Derbyshire Independent Advocacy Service will provide a range of advocacy support to the people of Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) which includes: A single point of access for advocacy referral and triage Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) Non statutory IMHA in hospital settings for informal patients who have accessed, or likely to access, IMHA Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) including DoLS Relevant Person's Representatives Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA) Non statutory Advocacy
