The Authority is looking for a number of Suppliers for the execution of Measured Term Contract for the minor building works consisting of new works, maintenance works and works of alteration and improvement to East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust's properties. The Authority may require a number of projects under the contract, however, each of these projects shall not exceed PS1M in value.

The Authority will award the contract for each lot based upon the most advantageous tender submitted. In the event that the same bidder achieves the highest overall score for both lots, that bidder will be required to confirm which lot they wish to be awarded.
