                    "rationale": "Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The University has therefore decided to extend the interim contract by a further 12 month period up to the 31st of July 2024. It is intended that this will provide sufficient time for the refurbishment project to be completed and consideration for the University's future plans for this service. This will also give an opportunity to prepare for a re procurement exercise which will maximise market interest and also the University's requirements. The University has had to manage the inflationary impact on contract prices."
