Pharmacy Isolators - Prior Information Notice
Notice Description
This is a Prior Information Notice to inform potential bidders that the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), intends to issue a tender to award a new Contract for the supply of 3 Pharmacy isolators on behalf of the Northern Health and Social care Trust in Northern Ireland. The scope of the tender is for the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, supply, delivery, offloading, installation and commissioning one single chamber negative pressure four glove isolator and two single chamber positive pressure four glove isolator each with two transfer hatches at Antrim Hospital. The three pharmacy isolators will replace existing equipment currently in situ, for which the Contractor will also be responsible for the safe removal and disposal of within the requirements of this Tender. PaLS request that interested suppliers complete the market questionnaire attached to the CfT: Prior Information Notice - Pharmacy Isolators, an explanatory document is also attached to assist you. Any submission received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the Contracting Authority. All correspondence in relation to this market engagement exercise will be communicated via the secure eTendersNI messaging area. Suppliers will be required to return answers to the questionnaire and any comments NO LATER THAN 15:00 on 10th August 2023. All information provided in this exercise will be treated in confidence and will NOT be considered in any future tender evaluation exercise. Any information provided in response to this market engagement exercise marked as 'commercially sensitive' will be treated as such. Non-participation in this market engagement process does not preclude any suppliers from participating in the procurement tendering process.
