Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is currently preparing to recommission its Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living Services and wishes to engage with the market.

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is currently preparing to recommission its Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living Services. The commissioning strategy focuses on the development of a new model which is flexible, responsive, and adaptable to changing support needs and requirements for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. The aim is to establish a new route to market to be in place by November 2023 in order to purchase Supported Living Services. RMBC intends to undertake a collaborative approach to this process and aims to provide support, guidance, and information to all providers to help prepare them for the application process. We want to host some engagement opportunities with existing and potential providers. We are keen to hear your views and utilise your expertise to commission a high-quality service. We are particularly interested in working with organisations that can explore and create new approaches to improve the needs of autistic people and people with a learning disability. The market engagement event will be held on Microsoft Teams on Thursday 21st August, 14.00 -15.30pm If you wish to join , please request the invite to the event via the commissioning team at commissioningenquiries@rotherham.gov.uk Additional information: This Market Engagement Event has been created in YORtender - https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER reference 77150.
