The City of London corporation has awarded a contract for the provision of planning consultancy services for the Barbican Renewal Project.

Lot 1
Planning consultancy services to manage the preparation and submission of all planning and listed building applications for the Barbican Renewal project.
Options: The duration of the contract is 17 months, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract for a further 5 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 77 months. The contract is awarded for an initial period of 17 months, with further stages being provided under the contract subject to performance and further funding of the Barbican Renewal Programme.
