To provide a range of project engineering services to manage the Tarbock Island Capacity Improvement Project and the Key Route Network Structural Maintenance Schemes to ensure that it is delivered on time and within the budget. The consultant is also to undertake forty general inspections of highways structures in line with national guidance
Options: There is provision for up to a 12 month total extension period in aggregate.
