The award of contract is suitable to publish without prior publication in accordance with Regulation 32.2.i In addition to the exclusive rights owned the supplier, no other supplier can offer comprehensive diagnostic tools for unequalled direct analysis of plasma ion mass and energy at the same time in both plasma characterisation and process diagnostic applications which is required by UKRI.
