Notice Description
The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, through its commercial procurement services, has awarded a national framework agreement with 4 lots: Lot 1a: supply of non-wire lesion localisation detectors; Lot 1b: supply of non-wire lesion localisation implants and associated implantation devices; Lot 2a: supply of sentinel lymph node location detectors; Lot 2b: supply of sentinel lymph node location tracer fluids, except radioisotopes.

Supply of non-wire lesion localisation detectors
Products that enable accurate location of and guidance to non-palpable lesions without use of a localisation guide wire by locating and indicating the position of an implanted lesion localisation implant.
Options: The Framework Agreement will run for two (2) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years in instalments of one (1) year a maximum four (4) year term, however call-off Contracts may exceed this period provided that Contracts are awarded within the Framework Agreement Term.
Renewal: The Framework Agreement will run for two (2) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years in instalments of one (1) year a maximum four (4) year term, however call-off Contracts may exceed this period provided that Contracts are awarded within the Framework Agreement Term.
Supply of Non-wire Lesion Localisation Implants and Associated Implantation DevicesProducts that enable accurate location of and guidance to non-palpable lesions without use of a localisation guide wire.

Supply of Sentinel Lymph Node Location Tracer Fluids, Except RadioisotopesNon-radioisotope sentinel lymph node location tracer fluid that is suitable for injection into interstitial tissue. Supply of radioisotopes for sentinel lymph node location is outside the scope of this Lot of this framework agreement.
