The UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is looking to engage a supplier to deliver technical assistance (TA) to focus on foundational learning outcomes in English and Mathematics in primary education, with an even stronger focus on girls' education and inclusive education in Rwanda. This TA contract for the Girls in Rwanda Learn programme (GIRL) will run between the April 2024 until June 2030. High level objectives of GIRL are: 1) improving foundational learning outcomes in English and maths and 2) ensuring the most marginalised girls and children with disabilities can access education, stay in school, and learn through targeted interventions.
