Additional information: The total awarded value of this tender is based on an initial budget estimated cost of PS1500000.00. However, the award is only made to the supplier up to the design of the works to RIBA Stage 4 for the sum of PS397,783.98p. Further approval will be required to contract for the construction of the works.
