    "description": "This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the Catering market. Please complete the RFI (Request for Information) by following the Survey Monkey link provided within section I.3, by Friday 13th of October 2023, 17:00pm. This link will enable you to complete an electronic version of the Request for Information (RFI). If you have any difficulty completing the RFI and would like to receive it in an alternative format, please email nsbs.estatesfacilities@nhs.net with 'RFI Request 'Catering' in the subject line. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) reserves the right to withdraw this notice at any time. NHS SBS is not bound to accept any proposals submitted by Bidders and is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of Bidders engaging with this process. This early market engagement exercise does not guarantee that a Procurement will take place and NHS SBS reserves the right to defer from any Procurement entirely. NHS SBS intends to hold market engagement sessions during October 2023 and November 2023 with industry experts and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting Framework Agreement.",
