The Authority has awarded a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Design and Consultancy Services for use by its Members and other eligible Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK. The Framework is split into 7 Lots: Lot 1: Planning Services Lot 2: Architect Services Lot 3: Engineering (Civil & Structural) Lot 4: Surveying Lot 5: Employers Agent Lot 6: Clerk of Works Lot 7: Principal Designer Each Lot is split into Seven Regional sub-lots * Sub-Lot 1 - North * Sub-Lot 2 - Central * Sub-Lot 3 - South East * Sub-Lot 4 - South West * Sub-Lot 5 - Wales * Sub-Lot 6 - Scotland * Sub-Lot 7 - Northern Ireland

Lot 1: Planning Services
Experts in property development and management with specific knowledge of planning permission. Provision of a full range of planning consultant services including but not limited to advising, planning, and consulting within the fields of planning applications, planning appeals, planning enforcement, planning objections, housing economics, and property development. Additional information: This Lot is split into Seven sub-lots by geographical areas: * Sub-Lot 1 - North [NUTS codes UKC/UKD/UKE) * Sub-Lot 2 - Central [NUTS codes UKF/UKG/UKH] * Sub-Lot 3 - South East NUTS codes UKI/UKJ] * Sub-Lot 4 - South West [NUTS code UKK] * Sub-Lot 5 - Wales [NUTS code UKL] * Sub-Lot 6 - Scotland [NUTS code UKM[ * Sub-Lot 7 - Northern Ireland [NUTS code UKN] Up to 8 suppliers appointed to each geographical area

Lot 2 : Architect ServicesProvision of full range of Architect Services including but not limited to the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 0 - 7. Additional information: This Lot is split into Seven sub-lots by geographical areas: * Sub-Lot 1 - North [NUTS codes UKC/UKD/UKE) * Sub-Lot 2 - Central [NUTS codes UKF/UKG/UKH] * Sub-Lot 3 - South East NUTS codes UKI/UKJ] * Sub-Lot 4 - South West [NUTS code UKK] * Sub-Lot 5 - Wales [NUTS code UKL] * Sub-Lot 6 - Scotland [NUTS code UKM[ * Sub-Lot 7 - Northern Ireland [NUTS code UKN] Up to 8 suppliers appointed to each geographical area

Lot 7: Principal DesignerProvision of a full design and consultancy service including the requirements outlined within Lots 1-6 above and in particular for the appointment of a Principal Designer by the client to take control of the pre-construction phase of any project involving more than 1 contractor in accordance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 or (Northern Ireland) 2016 (CDM NI 2016) as applicable.
