Renfrewshire Council are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Housing Stock Condition Surveys for approximately 12,200 dwellings, circa 1150 lockups and 60 laundrette blocks. It is anticipated that the appointed supplier will carry out approximately 20% of the surveys, both internal and external, in each contractual year. Stock data will be provided to the Council in an agreed format. The data provided will include an up-to-date estimated schedule of rates for replacement costs to assist in profiling and analysing future spend. Energy Performance Certificate's may be requested as part of surveys as and when required.

Renfrewshire Council require to appoint a single contractor to undertake Housing Stock Condition Surveys for approximately 12,200 dwellings, circa 1150 lockups and 60 laundrette blocks. Due to the volume of dwellings requiring a survey, it is anticipated that the appointed supplier will carry out approximately 20% of the surveys, both internal and external, in each contractual year. Stock data will be provided to the Council in an agreed format. The data provided will include an up-to-date estimated schedule of rates for replacement costs to assist in profiling and analysing future spend. Energy Performance Certificate's may be requested as part of surveys as and when required.,

Options: There may be additional requirements for EPC's to be provided for a number of the dwellings, this will be determined as and when required.

Renewal: The contract is subject to extensions of up to 12 months on two separate occasions at the sole discretion of the Council.
