Notice Description
The Contracting Authority requires a supplier that will manufacture and supply procedure packs for six Dialysis Units across Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. The supplier must provide a service to effectively manage pack changes and product substitutions with minimal disruption to the Trusts.

Bidders are invited for the supply and delivery of Renal procedure packs to meet the operational and clinical requirements for Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust henceforth the "Contracting Authority(s)". The goods requested are procedure packs to be used across 6 Renal Dialysis Units of Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust.
Options: This contract has the option to extend for 2 years.
Renewal: Contract will be retendered prior to expiry.
