Notice Description
The Authority invited tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a single supplier contract for the supply and direct delivery of hot drinks machines and consumables such as: Coffee beans, powdered milk, hot chocolate powder etc. The machines are for a small number of sites across the Lancashire County.

Lot 1
The Authority (Lancashire County Council) invited tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a single supplier of hot drinks machines to a small number of sites around Lancashire. The duration of the contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the council having the option to extend for any given period up to maximum of a further 4 years, provided the duration of the contract does not exceed 5 years. The framework is estimated to be between PS118,000 to PS142,000 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (PS590,000 to PS710,000 over 5 years). Tenderers should note, the value of this contract may fluctuate and the annual/total value is not guaranteed.
Options: The initial contract term is 1 year, the Council may in its absolute discretion, exercise the option to extend the term by any number of defined periods, so long as the maximum duration of the framework agreement does not exceed 5 years.
Renewal: The initial contract term is 1 year, the Council may in its absolute discretion, extend the term by any number of defined periods, so long as the maximum duration of the framework agreement does not exceed 5 years. At either the end of the initial term or extended/maximum term, there may be a requirement for the services to continue, in this instance the services may be re-procured.
