Wynyard Bus Service
Notice Description
Working in co-ordination with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) would like to support a bus service providing coverage to Wynyard Park, Stockton. TVCA is seeking to procure an operator to run the service for a one-year pilot, there will also be an optional extension period of a further year, subject to agreement. During this period, TVCA will provide financial support for the service. There will be a 3-month cancellation clause for the contract, should this be required.

Wynyard is a largely growing employment base for multiple businesses, including Amazon. It is the intention that the service would connect residents to employment opportunities and also encourage existing employees across the area to use sustainable transport.
