Lot 1
The project comprises stripping back existing unit and fabric repair and full fitout of multi purpose space providing retail, office, workshop, cafe and flexible working areas, including for all services and all associated works to external areas such as provision of hard landscaping, disabled car parking spaces and bike shelters and bin stores.
Options: Suppliers are encouraged to provide alternative methods of construction / materials should they be more cost effective than those included in the tender documents.
Renewal: Extensions to the contract may be applicable.
